1 Introduction

4 Account Registration

To access GGPlay88's gaming services, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account creation and ongoing account maintenance:

• Each individual may hold one and only one active account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under alternative names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual, are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by GGPlay88 may have their withdrawal functions suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5 Deposits & Payments

GGPlay88 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposit transactions are subject to a minimum deposit amount, which is displayed at the point of transaction and may differ by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your GGPlay88 account in MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the platform's stated rate at the time of the transaction.
• GGPlay88 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name.
• The Company reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit that cannot be verified or that triggers AML compliance concerns.
• Deposit fees, if applicable, will be displayed during the transaction process. GGPlay88 does not charge additional fees beyond those disclosed at the point of deposit.

6 Withdrawals

GGPlay88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes, not contractual guarantees, and may be subject to delays during peak periods or as a result of compliance review requirements.

• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that the Player has previously used to make a deposit on the Platform, subject to KYC verification.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed within the Player's account dashboard.
• GGPlay88 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending the outcome of a KYC review, an AML investigation, or any active bonus dispute.
• Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will not form part of any calculable withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts exceeding specified thresholds may be subject to additional identity verification requirements before processing is authorised.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions are subject to specific terms that supplement these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8 Gameplay Rules

Players are expected to engage with all games and betting markets on GGPlay88 in good faith and in accordance with the rules applicable to each game type. The following general gameplay rules apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. The Company is not responsible for mistakes made by a Player in placing a wager.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game or an active bet, the outcome will be determined based on the system's last confirmed state. The Company's records shall be definitive in resolving any dispute regarding game outcomes.
• Malfunctions void all plays and pays. In the event of a technical fault that compromises the integrity of a game result, GGPlay88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount.
• GGPlay88 reserves the right to void any bet that is offered or accepted as a result of a palpable error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, erroneous game parameters, or system miscalculations.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the GGPlay88 platform. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, if you are a Prohibited Person, or if your access is blocked under these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of generating wagers, exploiting promotions, or circumventing security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit a systemic advantage to the detriment of the Company.

• Creating more than one account, or registering under a false name or identity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing GGPlay88 customer support staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the GGPlay88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio-visual materials, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of GGPlay88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in any content or feature of the Platform, and it terminates automatically upon the suspension or closure of your account.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the GGPlay88 platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

11 Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to a Player for any claim exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your account within a given period.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

GGPlay88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (among others):

• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal associated with a deposit to the account.

• Player request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

In the event of account closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, GGPlay88 reserves the right to forfeit all Player Balance, including any pending withdrawals. Where account closure is not due to Player misconduct, any verifiable net cash balance will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method following the completion of outstanding compliance checks.

14 Amendments to These Terms

GGPlay88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the GGPlay88 Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its primary international operating licence. References to specific licensing jurisdictions (such as Curaçao or Malta) are for informational context only and do not constitute a representation that any specific domestic law applies to your use as a Malaysian resident.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and GGPlay88 in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion via the Platform's customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief before a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any arbitration or mediation process.
